With the contribution of YÖRENET stuff, the "Corporate Performance Management Practice" project of the Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management team of KKB is awarded first prize in Future of Metriccs & KBI's category of IDC Turkey CIO Summit 2020 Awards.

IDC CIO Summit Turkey, bringing together the IT leaders of Turkey, held 11th time this year with the theme: "race for re-invent: meeting of leaders to accelerate the digital transformation". Among the aawards granted under the IDC CIO Summit in Turkey, the "Process Performance Indicators Measurement and Reporting" project of KKB, was awarded the first prize. With this project which was implemented with the contribution of YÖRENET's expertise, KKB aimed to increase corporate efficiency by monitoring important points within the organization . At the same time, the processes at the center of the production line and the key performances of all processes related to in-house demands, which directly affect the output and operation of the production line in terms of quality and time, have been transformed into a structure that can be monitored instantly.

Within the scope of the project implemented by KKB's Corporate Architecture and Process Management team with the contribution of the YÖRENET expert, an approach was created to standardize business processes from meta-model design to audit in order to achieve a holistic perspective compatible with ITIL and COBIT 5. In order to take this further, an end-to-end performance management infrastructure was established and key performance indicators were defined for each business process.
